Easy to swallow, no after taste. Bought these at a naturopathic website because my sister was having upper respiratory system problems. She began drinking these and 5 months later today she feels absolutely nothing. These also help subsidize all of my anxiety challenges. Read up on them they are heaven made. Purchase 3 more bottles here because they are a bit less expensive here than in actual site but these work wonders. Highly recommend.
