These gummies not only taste great but they are helpful too. I’ve had terrible periods in the past (cramps and mood swings being the biggest/worst symptoms). These have helped to calm things down. Most months I have to check the calendar to see how close I am to starting because symptoms don’t start until a couple days before, unlike before when they would start up to a week and a half before. I’ve been taking them since the beginning of the year and am so happy my dr recommended I try them.

The last couple of years after becoming a mother and entering my 30's, my periods have become unbearable. There's a constant bekt if pain around my stomach and my back, i get super nauseous and bloated and anything but laying down is excruciating. But as store Manager at a furniture store, I must stay happy and in my feet for 10 hours and these gummies really made them a bit more bearable. Not only did it help with the pain but it also helps regualte your period which actually ended up making my period last longer than normal which usually would have been 2 very heavy, very painful days, 1 medium day and a day or 2 of hints of blood as where after taking them I would have more of a normal flow for 7 days with the first 2 days still being pretty painful and heavy but still better. So please be aware that your period will change and could also change your normal routine of your period count so if your a few days late, do not freak out. I would definitely recommend

I received the supple bears heart shaped gummies . They came in on time,The packaging was great . The taste is really good ,the texture is almost like a jelly jello once you bite into them . I've only taken them for 2 days now and I've started to notice a change in my body I'm not nearly as tired and my mood has improved my skin is slowly starting to clear but I didn't have much for acne from the beginning.if all goes smoothly I will continue to buy them . Thanks Amazon .Update: it's been a few days and I had some side effects from the gummies so I had to quit taking them . I would highly recommend speaking with your doctor if you suffer from anxiety or heart conditions before taking these .

I started taking these about 3 weeks before my period. The 3 stars is because my pmdd was undetectable and my cramps were also almost non existent! Problem is I’ve been slowly bloating over the past three weeks so even though I didn’t get a huge bloat dump like I usually do during my period it’s been a slowly consistent fuller and fuller feeling, even though I exercise regularly and eat really well.The biggest negative difference I noticed was that a couple days before my period started I started getting some breast tenderness. No big deal right? But each day during my period my breasts have gotten more and more sore to the point 5 days in that I can’t stand it. So I threw them away. Too bad - I’ve read such great reviews and having no depression and almost no cramps was awesome, but not worth my boobies getting more and more sore and the consistent bloat/weight gain vibes.Seems it’s the dong quai and possibly the chasteberry. I've been taking these gummies for 5 months/cycles now and they really help. As others have said, it has the same active ingredients as the more expensive Flo brand. My PMS has gotten worse as I've gotten older - bad fatigue, lower back pain, more frequent cramps, and really bad depression (like a "doomed" feeling). The supplement has helped with all of these, but I am so happy it's helped with the depression in particular. The only thing I don't really like is the flavor - it's a little too sweet/artificial for me.I will note that I started taking iron supplements at the same time, but I think that only really helps with energy levels. The depression alone being lifted is worth it to me.

Okay so I bought these a while back. I started taking then for a couple weeks and my stomach started hurting a lot and my pelvic area/apendex area. It hurt so bad that I had to the emergency room and leave work. The doctors said it was stress or a uti or both. Later on I remembered that I started taking these vitamins so I stopped taking them and I felt better. Well recently I decided to give them another try. I've been taking them for a couple weeks and my period was late by 2 weeks, my awful stomach pain is back, I had diarrhea with a ton of blood mixed in, and my acne has been the worst it has ever been. Like I've been washing my face morning and night with the same stuff I have always used and my acne is horrible!!! This "vitamin" could seriously hurt you and case damage. Please please please PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE EVER!!!! and they don't tell you all of the ingredients either. Before it lists the ingredients it's says, "other ingredients" it does not just say "ingredients" so that's a red flag right there. THESE ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BODY!! NEVER EVER TAKE THESE!!!

I don’t know how I lived without these. My cycles are normally horrific. They always come on time, but I sting, bloat, get debilitating cramps, feel nauseous, get digestive issues, etc. I bleed really heavy, like I have to wear nighttime pads and change them every 4 hours. I have to shower every day otherwise I look like I’ve been stabbed or something 💀I’ve taken these gummies every day for a month and this is my first cycle with them. My cycle came a little earlier than usual (by a few days), but I had minimal bloating, no stinging, no cramping, no nausea, minimal digestive issues, and the amount of blood has been a lot less. Super manageable and I haven’t been scared about leaks.My acne did get just a tiny bit worse. Not crazy, but my face has felt a little more oily and I’ve gotten a few little blemishes. It’s nothing that a good skin care routine won’t fix, but should be noted.Overall, I’m super super happy with these and have been recommending them to everyone who will listen!!

I wish I could use these, but they taste so… Musty. They taste like super sweet gummies that have been stored open on a high shelf, or rolled around under your bed in the dust bunnies. It’s not great.
