This level 8 carry on suitcase arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It was packaged well with foam inserts inside the box protecting each corner of the luggage should the box topple over during shipping. The suitcase itself was housed inside a white cloth drawstring bag for dustproofing and scratch resistance during shipping and upon opening. I chose the bluish color. Its a very subtle blue gray color. It won't stand out in a line of luggage but I love the color. It has about a 2 inch extension on it that can be utilized if needed. Which i found very convenient for a 7 day cruise recently. The interior has a zippered pocket on one side and on the other side buckles to hold your clothes in place with a mesh divider flap pocket for those small extras. This flap pocket also buckles down. The outer zipper pocket unzips neatly completely off allowing for easy access to lots of pocket options and storage inside. On the inner side there's a zippered pocket that runs nearly the length and width of the case. There is also a laptop and tablet holder with a velcro strap. On the opposite side of the interior pocket of this case is another zippered pocket that is about half the length of the front of the case and nearly the same width as the case. There are also two pen/pencil holders, a good size square pocket for phone charger cords ect. whith velcro and a good size rectangular sized pocket that would fit a batter pack ect. easily with velcro. All the zippers and velcro are of great quality. There is a TSA lock on the larger part of the suitcase zippers but not the smaller front part. This case did come with a extra TSA approved lock for the front lock as well as some alphabet stickers. The wheels on this suitcase are absolutely fantastic. I over a travel pro case and can honestly say this case rolls every bit as good as they travel pro.My only complaints about this case is the handle isn't as nice and sturdy feeling as my travel pro and there's very limited space in the front zippered area when using/maximizing the 2 inch extension on this case.

Purchased the 20 inch in red and used it for a carry on only trip with Allegiant Air. I was able to pack a laptop, portable monitor, mouse, clothing, and two pairs of shoes for nine days without issue. Without expanding the bag. Coming from someone who has never traveled carry on only (and is a chronic overpacker), I was impressed. With myself and the bag. It was easy to maneuver on airport hard floors and short pile carpet, even with a second bag attached at the top with a trolley sleeve. The TSA lock was easy to set and I appreciate they included a second one for the laptop compartment. I would suggest you check the bag dimensions of the airline you're flying. In case you're not aware or don't travel often, carryon dimensions for each airline differ and rules do change. Some airlines may randomly weigh your carryon too. If you're not within the guidelines, you will be forced to check your bag and charged accordingly.

After doing some research, I found a carry-on that checks all the boxes — so much so that this is now my second purchase of this exact piece. Let me start by saying: this bag is a stunner. It glides like an Olympic figure skater, fits everything plus the bad decisions I made packing for a 2-week trip to Italy and Turkey, and looks so good I almost expected it to walk itself through customs.BUT... on hour 20 of a long, sleepy journey, I decided to check it with a low-cost airline (mistake #1). When I got it back, the zipper had waved the white flag somewhere over the Mediterranean. The bag arrived duct-taped together, held more by airline pity than structural integrity. Half my wardrobe was doing a fashion show on the luggage carousel.Was it partially my fault for overstuffing? Sure. But that zipper gave up faster than I did trying to learn Italian.Still — would I buy it again? Absolutely because I compared against FIVE competitors. This bag beat out others with all the gimmicks — chargers, cup holders, secret pockets that probably lead to Narnia. But none looked or felt this premium.Just don’t check it unless you’re into surprises. Or tape. Or losing socks.

I am a major overpacking type and trying to get better. This 20 inch European sized / international sized carry on is so well designed I think I can overcome my messy packing. US carry ons are 22 inches and not accepted as carry on's internationally so go for slightly smaller the 20 inch to have a bag for all things! The laptop pocket is my favorite feature. It pops out at an angle but it also has a Velcro feature to fold it completely flat for easy packing and unpacking. The padding is good for a laptop though I might use a sleeve as well. The shell is nice and hard, durable - and it is lightweight and unique looking too. I am going to travel with it for the first time soon. I will report back. Oh, and it has both a TSA lock built in, plus provides an additional programmable lock for the laptop area and finally, reflective "letter stickers" that you can spell out your name with. Seems the company has gone one step further to please customers than both. Highly recommend so far! I'll try to upload a photo of it packed, as I go through my how neatly can I pack process!
