I've been loving this brand for a while, the quality of everything i get from this brand is great. I am able to take less with this b12. I can not function with b12, at around 12 i developed TMJ problems, i couldn't do hot, or cold anything, not even ice cream (you know it's bad when a kid doesn't eat ice cream) i was told by my nature path doctor, to take 10,000 mcg every day, i still do now I've tried going without, nope. I saw these at i was looking at what mico ingredients had, saw this and did the math a little cheaper then what i was using, and lasts longer! Great value! I actually feel better then i used too.Easy to chew after a minute, and i just take it like a pill, flavour is actually really good.Energy levels haven't dropped any overall i feel good.

My neural specialist prescribed to me for (helps with migraines and headaches) insurance didnt cover so i had to come here , n i found this. I figured mini pill like size as a birth control pill right. Wrong. Its got size to it BUT it was easy to swallow(if u ever had easy swallow pills with the coating this would be it). I have swallow issues so i had to opt for anything that gv me mini options. It was easy to take didn't have to chase down with a jug of water like most pills would have us doing. This will last me a good 6 months. Package is unique in a durable ziploc instead of pill bottle. Convenient i can just dig my hand in there i guess. Lol.

It is an activated form or the methylated form of B vitamins. Our naturopath recommended us seniors to take a methylated form since it is more bioavailable.. What matters is not how much you take but what gets absorbed. One of the members in our family seems to feel much more energetic with this methylated B Complex than the regular B Complex.It is a great price for 120 servings or 4 a month s supply. Love that there are no excipients like magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide. There might be others such products but I have not seen any capsules without any excipients !!Wish the capsule was vegetarian instead of gelatin as some of our family remembers are vegan.
