Favourite filter jug
Week one of this pitcher and I’m loving it. Water filter easy to prep and install. Water tastes good . Very pleased I tried it having always had the other brand , this is a strong unit ,visually pleasing and for a 1-2 person household the perfect size.

Filter supplied is rubbish but the seller was very prompt to recompence and offer a replacement.
the jug/filter is rubbish only been using this a short time and the filter is blocked , water will not flow through,not the cheapest . We will have to get a new jug and filter from a store in town.I must now add that since posting the negative feedback the seller has been most helpful and immediately offered a refund and to replace the jug if we wshed. I highly recommend the company due to the concern they showed in making things right.
