Better than my $400 machine!
I sure wish I had found this before I bought my tristar many years ago. It works great for wheatgrass which is why I bought it. Thinking more about it, it probably won't do the volume that the TriStar does. However, cleaning is much much easier :-) update: still loving it and it takes exactly 1 and 1/2 minutes to clean :-)

Drum is NOT dishwasher safe!
Drum will warp, even on top shelf in a dishwasher. It became useless & replacing parts is a real pain with Omega. They make you jump through hoops to get a replacement & then they still charge shipping fees for replacement parts. Never again Omega.

Great little juicer so far
I've used this juicer to juice celery every day for the last 2 weeks. So far so good. I just couldn't see spending $500 to $700 on some of the juicers I've seen advertised on social media. But, what do I know? I've never had a juicer before and am just getting started juicing. It was very simple to assemble right out of the box without reading pages and pages of overwhelming manuals. I just looked at it and put it together. Same with cleaning it. After juicing my celery, I wash it in just a minute or two with the little brush provided. Super quick and easy.As mentioned before, the only thing I've used it for so far has been celery. And it does a great job on the larger, firmer stalks. I have noticed that when I have really leafy, slender stalks, it leaves a lot more plant material in the cylinder so, it makes me wonder if it will do well at all with wheat grass that I want to start growing. Something tells me that it won't juice wheat grass very well even though it is described as a masticating extractor. We shall see and I will update my review when I try it. But the difference in how well it juices the larger, firm celery stalks and the slender, leafy ones is the main reason I only gave it 4 stars. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option, but not quite ready to give it 5.So far I am really happy with this thing for the ease of use and the cost. Time will tell if it holds up. It does sway quite a bit when running even when I make sure everything is connected well so, we'll see. I'll update my review if anything should go wrong with it. At this point, I would recommend it to anyone just getting started with juicing. No need to spend hundreds of dollars on one starting out.

Works well for the most part
Works well for most things you would juice - spinach, kale, celery, carrots, etc. Pulp that is ejected is fairly dry so efficiency is good. Much easier to clean than centrifugal juicers. Motor itself is quiet but any greens like kale or spinach will cause it to squeak loudly as they pass through the auger and extraction areas. It almost sounds like it is going to have an issue but it will eventually clear everything out and continue on. One thing that is concerning is the way the entire feed horn that mounts to the motor unit moves up/down while in use. Not sure what the longevity will be with so much deflection, but it is still working okay after ~50 juicing sessions. Unit is cost effective for the performance level but you should factor in needing to replace the feed horn in year 2 or 3 if unit is used frequently. Item is probably best suited for occasional or sporadic use.
