I bought this a gift for my grandson. He's musically talented and he picked up on it quickly. He enjoys playing it and he has made some beautiful music. It's a quality instrument and very well made. The case to keep it in is nice and protects it well.

I got this for my grandson. When it arrived I was pleased to see such a well made item. It feels good to hold in your hand. Before I gave it to him I played it myself. Nice tone. This is a real instrument, not just a toy.

I've wanted to pick up a new instrument for a while and after reading so many reviews was hopeful this would be my next one. Everything in the packaging came in good condition and the hand and ocarina look great. The booklet had easy to follow pictures for playing songs and it came with everything you would need as a beginner. Unfortunately I must have received an ocarina that was not properly tuned. The lower notes sound great and I can produce a good sound, but the higher notes, less fingers, were more shrill and whistling when I tried to play them. I made sure I wasn't making a user error by checking I had the few holes covered fully covered and holding it properly and it was still producing a child blowing into a recorder kind of sound. I'm honestly heartbroken I can't play it, but decided to keep it as decoration. Hopefully I'll have better luck with a different ocarina and maker.Update: The vendors reached out to me after reading my review and offered a refund to fix the issue seeing as I wasn't going to be playing it. I thought it was amazing that they contacting me without my prompting to not only fix the issue, but to ask for feedback to improve the product! Although mine will be decorative, it was not a financial loss, 3 stars to 5.

The quality and design is great and it’s cool that they included a book for songs but the ocarina doesn’t sound in tune. Worth the 20 dollars as a collectible but if you want to be able to make good music I wouldn’t suggest it

This ocarina is a perfect gift for that Zelda lover in your life. I bought this for my husband and he was thrilled with the quality and the sound. Great gift for some one you love.

This sounds great and has a great color. The item feels solid and is good quality. It is a little hard yo hold, but may be easier with practice. I gave this as a gift and the person really liked it, or at least that is what they told me.

This is a beautiful item and it sounds great when played, but the stand is completely non functional. It falls over all the time, and for a ceramic item, we finally gave up trying to get it to stay, for fear of breaking it. So now, instead of being on display like we had hoped it would be (although we have played it a few times), it's stashed in a drawer for safe keeping. Kind of ruined the entire experience that we expected this item to bring into our home. Disappointing.

My grown son is a big Zelda lover and this is perfect for his gaming shelf. I was impressed with the material it is made out of (it isn't plastic) and the weight of it. It is perfect for anyone who wants to be Link! I have not heard him actually PLAY it, but it is perfect for any collector of Zelda.
