Omved Sukhata Vegan Ayurvedic Pain Relief Massage Oil for Muscles, Joints, Body, Back, Neck and Knee (200 ml)

I have been suffering from lower back spasms and buckling knees and I was recommended the Omved Sukhta Thailam. A couple of things that I would like to add here:- Underlying health conditions take a long time to disappear or least reduce.- No matter what regime you choose, you need to adhere/follow it consistently to show results. No product works like magic, when you apply it just once and poof the pain is gone!- The Omved Sukhta Thailam works similarly, slowly, but effectively showing the results.The best way I have found to use the oil is to warm it slightly ( not in a microwave as it will reduce the potency of the herbs in the oil) and apply gently on the affected areas. Do not rub it in hard and vigorously, use firm, yet gentle strokes to let the oil soak in completely. Pair it with any of the compresses that Omved has for better results to soothe the pains and aches.If you indulge in workouts, use it as a warm up oil to warm up the muscles. I totally love the warming fragrances and heat from ingredients like camphor, lemongrass, cinnamon and eucalyptus. Each of these ingredients have been a part of healing pains in the Ayurvedic texts.After the oil has soaked in for an hour or two, I do like to take a warm shower to relax the muscles and release the tightness caused by pains and aches. I follow it up with the neck compress because that is where my pain area is.P.S: I have also sent this product to my mum who is 76 years old and has arthritis and varicose veins, along with the oil and the Omved Knee compress, she has gained a slight mobility which was missing earlier. So, you see, it does work!

I think it is the best oil till today. I used it for first time and amazed by it result. I am using this pain relief oil for my legs and lower back... and m too relieved now. I suggest to all to use this product atleast once.

This is waste product and can't even cure joint pain after multiple times of usage. They put lemon grass into oil and selling that for joint pain which is of total cheating.
