I bought one of these and after about 6 months the stem holding the phone mount broke off. I bought another of the same simply because there are so few products on the market suitable for my car. When I unboxed the second one I noticed that there is actually a replacement part included for the stem that broke. Meaning they anticipated it would break, but instead of designing a better product they just included a spare part. The stem on my second mount broke after 2 more months, and the size adjustment slider on the new mount broke at the same time. So now I'm back to the first dock I bought, but at this point it does not grip my phone well. The phone falls constantly, which is rather dangerous while driving. I'm done with this brand.

My new to me used Smart had a phone cradle that the dealer allowed another customer to take out before I bought the car. Not a bad problem since the original one wouldn’t hold my iPhone properly anyway. I was happy to fine this holder which would attach to the original location and I was even happier to see how well it worked.

Works well with smaller phone but it didn't work on my note 20 ultra even with the case off. It did fit tight with my note10+ with the case off.

This fit my 2018 Smart perfectly and holds my iPhone securely. Much less expensive than the OEM but looks and works just as well

If you have a smart car you really will love this! All cars need to be able to use these!!

Fits 3017 smart will hold an iPhone 11, it does “rattle” a bit when phone is not in holder.
