I wanted an MCT powder that was unflavored and would mix well in coffee, tea, etc. I wasted a lot of money on products that made claims but couldn't live up to them. This powder mixes well with a spoon, no need for a frother, and no having to mix for 10-20 minutes to get it to melt. It does have a slight coconut taste, but I really enjoy it. I will definitely purchase again.
