Biotin 10,000 mcg High Potency - Natural Hair, Skin, Nail & Metabolism 120 Capsules

I have used this Biotin for almost 4 months now at one capsule per day. I had formerly used a brand that was only5000 mcg. And didn’t see much improvement. I can say now that I have noticed improvement in my hair and nails. I am 69 years old, chronically hypothyroid with autoimmune Hashimoto’s and therefore do not expect much, but just holding on to a little more of my hair and having stronger nails is really nice! Since I started talking this brand of Biotin, the most notable results have been the drop in my A1C to the point I was able to eliminate one of my diabetic meds. Also I began to consistently lose weight. Slightly improved my nail strength, but no noticeable improvement in slowing down my hair loss. But that’s OK. More important that my glucose levels are improving, lost 30lbs, and improved my strength and endurance. Tried other brand and it didn’t have the same affect.
