Customer service was amazing!
When I first received this, there was an error in my order. (I ordered two and only one was sent in error) I contacted customer service. They wanted to know immediately how they could rectify the situation to MY best satisfaction. They were friendly, and went out of their way to correct the error. The shipped the second item out, and I received it within a few days. They sent an email to make sure that the correction was received, and apologized again for the error.I assembled it and put it in my garden. It was easy to assemble and hopefully once everything is established and the weather gets warmer. I will have no problem taking it apart and storing it for the next time.I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER THIS AGAIN.

Can I get a replacement for the plastic covering?
I love this product. It lasted through the winter, until we had a bad wind storm and the stakes I used to secure it came loose (not anyone's fault but mine) It is very durable and easy to assemble. When the windstorm came and it blew over the cover got damaged. I want to know if I can get a replacement cover for this product? Thank you so much, my plants have survived the winter because of this product.

Cover too small, tore on first use, and can't be tied onto frame.
Edited to add: Complained to the vendor, they gave me a $20 refund, which was nice. Still disappointed in this product though.Assembled frame properly. Cover is 2" short, so the zippers can't all zip - well, they *can*, if you don't mind one of the seams splitting. But wait, it gets better (in a WTF kind of way)There are little cloth ties to attach the cover to the frame. Except.....only half of the tie is inside the cover. The other half of the tie is OUTSIDE the cover, so you cannot tie the ties together and hold the cover on the frame. Basically instead of folding the ties in half and stitching them into the seam, they just laid them on the seam and sewed away. How did this get past QC?So, not being able to secure the too-small cover to the frame, it slipped off like a beanie on a too-big head and blew across the yard less than 15 minutes after installation.Since I bought this in November in anticipation of using it this spring, it's past the return date.

Not built to last
Secured the frame to 2x4s to keep it from moving. Bought in November, by March the seams came apart enough it won't stay on frame. It just doesn't stand up to any wind.

Works great for our needs
We have this inside our greenhouse for an added layer of protection from the cold. So far it’s holding up great. No complaints.

Thin plastic, seems broke easily
This green house has very thin plastic and within a week of being set up had several holes where the plastic met the seem. I reinforced the frame with duct tape right away because I've had several green houses similar to this and it is a common problem with them. With the duct tape the frame has held up well. I also secured to pallets to help add weight so it doesn't blow away when the wind picks up.

Green house
Easy to assemble, but the pipes get very hot if you’re putting together in the sun,

DID NOT WORK FOR ME
This product needed additional support and the cover kept blowing off since it had only 4 ties to hold it down. It would need many more ties to work.
