A must have!
First let me tell you, I searched everywhere on internet daily for three weeks prior to buying looking at all the reviews (both written and video), of not only the landworks but other manufacturers of similar products. All of them were extremely helpful in my final decision to purchase this one.The most common complaint was delivery, but Amazon made good on that with one phone and it was delivered a week later in a perfectly nice, undamaged box. I saw a video of a person using some extreme unnecessary measures putting it together, but it was just one. For me and everyone else it went together in twenty minutes including unpacking it, extremely easy, with only a wrench set, needle nose pliers, and a hammer for tapping in the wheel pins. Very easy assembly.I also bought the trailer hitch attachment that goes to it (optional, and sold separately), which is added assembly, and still very quick and easy assembly. My biggest concern (which I only found one video of) was... the description of it says it will only do a 15% grade climbing. The video I finally found sold me on larger grades, even though his load was small. I two 25ft long, 40% to 45% grade hills in my yard and one of then is from the street to the house, with no driveway... this Landworks Power Wagon had no trouble climbing AT ALL! I will note, for people using it on this grade, this (or any other, that I searched for) power wagon HAS NO BRAKES... be prepared to Hadley the weight of the wagon pulling or pushing you down the hill, and I would never recommend trying it loaded with anything... the weight of wagon going downhill is not easy to control even for someone my size! (But not impossible) you just need to be prepared before you start. Going up hill though... this wagon doesn't think twice or hesitate at all with a full 500lb load. I have now done this a half dozen times still on it first charge with no issues... might I recommend people understand a little bit about physics before attempting a steep hill... going up a steep hill you should go backwards, putting all the weight on the drive tires, which gives it traction and is easier to control. So if you can't tell, I love this thing and it's going to make life so much easier from, landscaping, caring for chicken feed/hey/and wood chips, to moving the boat around if needed, to bringing up monthly shopping groceries! My neighbor's all saw me doing all the above with it on day one of owning it and they all can't believe how amazing it works, the power it has, and the add-ons options that it offers. All of them said their going out to buy one as soon as possible. Maybe I should upload a video later, if I'm able to. This machine is a godsend for every homeowner and I can see its practicality in many workplaces as well.So in conclusion, I have to pick something I don't like about it... that's really hard to do. But if I was being nitty-gritty I'd say... it could really use a breaking system even a bike disk brake would help (but in my research, they have to current plans to upgrade that part of it). And maybe I say that the steel fencing of the could be a little thicker and welded in place (easily upgradable by consumer with a little plywood as I saw some do in there video's...just remember the weight of the plywood reduces your load weight capacity). Uh, that was really hard to do but there you have it.If you've taken the time to read this review all the way to this point... your like me, you've already made up your mind, and you should just do it! I promise, I and so many others have not regretted it!If I've left anything out, or you still have questions... I'll do my best to answer them as fast as possible. If my wife ever has a chance to take a video or pictures of me using it... I will post them to this review.

Works better than expected
The assembly went as expected, but I almost didn't find the nuts for the wheels. The were in the rubber "bumpers" on the axles which I thought were just a good idea to keep the threads protected during shipping. I happened to notice them when I was about to toss. They are also a bit of pain to remove from the rubber, requiring a vice and sharp knife. There was nothing in the build instructions about where to find the nuts. I was about to see if I had nuts in my collection I could use. Add a line or two about the direction the tires/wheels should go would help as these are directional wheels. Nothing said in the directions. BUT it works great, goes up my hills better than hoped for. Seems stable. It bounces with light loads on gravel due to slippage, might be the tires are still on backwards and that may help. Already thought of things to haul I didn't know I needed hauled! Only had this in use 2 days! Update if things are worse over time. Seems like the battery is lasting longer than I expected (gell battery). Like this better all the time after a few weeks. Charge lasts longer than expected too!Update: I think it's been two years now and this is about the best garden tool I ever bought! I am getting old (80) and this helped enormously to help me keep up with gardening. I use it for all my hauling needs around our large yard, about 2 acres. The battery lasts and I've never loaded so much in it it wouldn't haul it. Unlike wheelbarrows, I haven't tipped it over while loading either! My soil gets loose in the dry period of summer and it digs in on the uphill parts. Usually I turn around and it will back up better with less spinning. Most of my property is quite hilly and I usually haul up hill!

A workhorse but still could easily be better.
This yard cart is pretty awesome, but there are some obvious flaws. Its very strong! The battery power is good and lasts a decent amount of time. The gauge is not that great. You barely get any warning that it's about to run out of power. The throttle sticks. I've tried to lube it. It still sticks. Its manageable though. The biggest flaw is the location of the power switch, which faces the payload. IF you have the sides off and use it like a flatbed, whatever you put on the bed can hit the power switch and turn the power off, or worse, damage the switch. You literally HAVE TO do something about this to use it with the sides off. See photo! For the money it could/should be better. As long as its lasts a while Ill be very happy with it though.

Excellent product, excellent customer service
Been using this utility cart for over a year. Have moved literal tons of black star gravel, yards of soil and mulch, and carted just about everything from plants to heavy boxes. Battery life is terrific. Husband was a skeptic at first due to the price tag but now says “he” is the best purchase we’ve made all year. We’ve named him Paul. The controller module stopped working a couple months ago and the company diagnosed the problem after responding to my email within 24 hours, and mailed out a replacement which we received within a few days. Easy fix- Paul has been working like a champ ever since.Maintaining and landscaping the yard you want is so much easier with the proper tools. What would otherwise be back-breaking work, labor is cut by more than 75 percent. We did cut a piece of plywood to line the base, drilled a couple holes and attached with zip ties. Love, love love this cart.
