Better Living Products 13811 Twist N Lock Plus Basket for Bathroom, Large

I want to love this because when it works, it's great. But, it has fallen off the shower wall (usually in the middle of the night, startling us half to death) numerous times. So, we gave up on it. We followed the instructions exactly and it still falls. It was so great for our son's shower to hold his baby shampoo and wash. Oh well.

Easy to hang up and has stayed up for over a month now. It seems strong enough to hold shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

I bought two large baskets and was happy with the product so I bought a third small one a week later. The baskets look nice and have not tarnished or rusted. However, they no longer stick to my shower wall after only 2 months of use. I have reattached them multiple times but they always end up falling hours later, even without any bath products placed in them. Now the dial that is used to lock the suction cups are completely stuck and all three baskets are useless. I would not recommend this product.

I wanted to love this but as with many other things that promise they might possibly let you escape drilling holes in your bathroom wall, it was impossible to arrange this basket so that both of the suction cups might rest wholly on tile, as opposed to partly on caulk. I have regular square tiles, in the bargain; whatever I did, one rested partially on caulk, thus letting the basket crash to the ground. It gets two stars only because I concede it might be good, if you own your home and can drill for it, bypassing the suction cups..

Used only two months and the Lock is broken. Not Happy with it at all.

Tried 3 times to stick it to the marble tile. Doesn't work. Disappointed.
